My Review: The
smell of this wine is quite delightful.
Blackberry, cherry, charred raspberry all come through with a hint of
smokiness in the background. The wine
tasted of raspberry and plum but was dryer than the nose suggested. A bit of vanilla was present toward the end
of the sip that faded into a bit of an alcoholic bite on the finish. It had a medium body with a good tannin
structure. Overall, not a bad buy. I tried this wine without food.
